Each phase helps ensure the session is properly planned, professionally executed, and aligned with the client’s goals and expectations. A typical photo session lasts 1–2 hours for portraits, 2–4 hours for corporate sessions, and 4–8+ hours for events, depending on the project scope and requirements. 01_Discovery Understand the client’s objectives, intended use, preferred style, location, number of subjects, deliverables, timeline, and expectations. 02_Pre-Production Develop the visual concept and prepare the location, wardrobe, props, lighting, equipment, schedule, shot list, and other production requirements. 03_Photoshoot Set up the environment and equipment, direct the subjects, manage lighting and composition, and capture the planned images along with additional shots when needed. 04_Photo Selection Organize and review the captured images, remove unusable photographs, and select the strongest images based on quality, composition, expression, and project requirements. 05_Editing & Retouching Refine exposure, color, contrast, composition, skin, details, and other visual elements according to the agreed creative direction. 06_Client Review Present the edited images to the client’s private portal, collect feedback, complete revisions within the agreed scope, and obtain final approval. 07_Final Delivery Once approved, the final photographs are organized in the client’s private portal, where they can view the complete photo session and access their final images through a dedicated photo gallery.
